The Housing for Internally Displaced Persons initiative, launched by the Ministry of Reintegration and the State Youth Housing Fund with support from the German government's Reconstruction Credit Institute, is currently active and ready to assist.

The Charity Fund "Direct Inclusion" provides insights into the project's terms, expected housing quality, steps to finalize a mortgage contract, and financial eligibility requirements.

Key Project Terms

If selected as a top candidate in the housing allocation process, you'll have 30 days to choose from available locations across Ukraine, excluding temporarily occupied areas and combat zones.

The available housing will either be no older than 50 years or renovated within the last 35 years, ensuring a standard of quality and stability.

The purchase agreement will include full housing details, financial assessment, cost breakdown, and signing date. Afterward, you must submit these and other required documents to your bank to apply for the mortgage.

Eligibility Requirements

When verifying financial eligibility, banks will assess all income from adult family members, which must adequately cover the mortgage payments. After meeting loan obligations, the family should still have funds equal to the monthly living minimum for each member.

If you have any questions, you're encouraged to reach out to State Youth Housing for guidance.
