Families of internally displaced persons (IDPs) may qualify for utility subsidies if their service costs exceed the required payment threshold. The subsidy amount is calculated individually based on the average income per family member. The Charity Fund "Direct Inclusion" has outlined where to apply and which documents you need.

Note that subsidies are granted based on your actual place of residence. You do not need a formal rental agreement to apply.

Where to Apply

You can submit your application at:

• Pension Fund service centers (in person or by mail).
• Administrative Service Centers.
• Through authorized representatives of local government offices.

For added convenience, you can apply online via:

• The Diia platform.
• The Pension Fund mobile app.
• The Pension Fund’s e-services website.

Required Documents

• A completed subsidy application.
• A declaration of income and expenses.
• Your passport.
• Your taxpayer identification number (TIN).
• A certificate confirming your status as an IDP.

To monitor the progress of your application, log into your account on the Pension Fund’s website or visit the office where you submitted your documents.
