The Strategic Communications Department of the General Staff of Ukraine has announced the launch of an informational assistant specifically designed for Ukrainian soldiers. The platform "Care for Soldiers" offers several helpful services to simplify various tasks for servicemen. This virtual assistant is accessible on smartphones, tablets, and laptops.
The main features of the platform include:

- "Help with Report": soldiers can easily format and download necessary documents. The service is also useful for commanders and clerks, offering around 90 document templates, including requests, reports, and other essential paperwork.
- "Tactical Medicine": includes instructions for providing first aid following the MARCH protocol and offers educational materials for combat medics.
- "Feedback": users can submit comments, complaints, or questions regarding military service, medical commissions, and the Care for Soldiers platform. All submissions will be officially reviewed.
- The platform also features a FAQ section, which has been accessed by over 500,000 users, according to the General Staff. The Useful Contacts section provides important contact information for defense agencies, relevant ministries, non-governmental organizations, and legal services.
