To get on the list for mandatory evacuation, you need to apply to the regional hospital with a corresponding request. Each such institution has a specialist responsible for sending Ukrainians abroad under martial law.

The institution sends the completed application to the Ministry of Health. In turn, the ministry sends a request to accept the patient to various countries, particularly the USA, Canada, and the EU.

After an agreement with the foreign clinic, the patient is transported from the regional hospital in Ukraine to the coordinating institution. The Okhmatdyt Specialized Hospital and the Western Ukrainian Specialized Children's Medical Center are responsible for evacuating underage patients in Ukraine.

Adults are referred to the following institutions:

  • Chernivtsi Regional Clinical Hospital;

  • Lviv Regional Clinical Hospital;
  • Transcarpathian Regional Clinical Hospital named after A. Novak.
