Dear friends, we'd like to share a bit about our weekly work. With the high volume of requests, managing everything is quite a challenging task. Our primary focus right now is supporting families with special needs children in accessing rehabilitation services. To assist these children, here’s how we proceed:

1. Document Review: Firstly, we thoroughly review all submitted documents, checking for completeness and validity. While we are not medical professionals and do not assess medical conclusions in detail, it's essential that you provide all required documents as outlined by our Foundation’s guidelines and Ukrainian law. We greatly appreciate your understanding. However, there are times when we face aggression from parents who believe they know best for their child and demand immediate approval. We kindly ask for respect toward our team, work, and the time we dedicate to helping you. Please remember that we are not a government entity, and decisions are made based on the Foundation's capacity and each family’s unique circumstances. We kindly ask that you refrain from expressing frustration toward us if we cannot approve your request. You have the right to seek support from government agencies or other foundations that may be able to assist you.

2. Financial Support for Treatment: If we approve your request, the Foundation may cover some or all of the costs related to treatment and rehabilitation. This may include payments for sessions with rehabilitation specialists, physiotherapists, speech therapists, or rehabilitation programs.

3. Fundraising: We rely on sponsors, corporate support, and charitable events to fund the Foundation’s operations and services.

4. Reporting and Monitoring: We often support the child after the rehabilitation course is completed, depending on our financial capacity. Parents or guardians must submit a report following the rehabilitation, which we publish on the Foundation’s official platforms and include in our activity records. We appreciate your efforts to provide thorough and timely reports.

Our ultimate goal is to ensure that children with disabilities or special needs receive the high-quality rehabilitation they deserve to improve their quality of life. Every success story is a victory for us, and we are thrilled whenever we can make that happen!
