On October 1st, Ukrainians honor Defenders Day — a holiday that now carries profound meaning for our nation. This day was earned through the sacrifices of our country's sons and daughters. In the years ahead, we will remember it with both immense pride and deep sorrow.

We also offer our heartfelt condolences to the families who have lost daughters and sons, mothers and fathers, sisters and brothers.
