"Ukraine is a sovereign and independent, democratic, social, legal state"—these words, the first in our Basic Law, have become an ideological guideline and one of the symbols of unity against the enemy in the hearts of millions of compatriots.

The Constitution of Ukraine is 28 years old, and during this time, the fate of the independent state has been subjected to many trials. However, we have shown that we are ready to defend our rights and freedoms at protests, in the international arena, and at the front. The occupiers want to take away our values, for which we fought for centuries - freedom, honor, dignity, life, security. Our indomitable spirit, humanity, thirst for justice, and unity remain an example for the world.
