Recently, the public organization "Dostupno.UA," along with the Ukrainian Center for Social Data and "Lun Misto," created the "Dostupno!" platform. This platform includes chatbots on the most popular smartphone messengers for Ukrainians. In this article, the Charity Fund "Direct Inclusion" will explain how it can benefit people with disabilities and vulnerable population groups.

The program simplifies the search for establishments for people with disabilities, children, and older people, ensuring convenient visits. On "Dostupno!", citizens can check the availability of appropriate conditions for institutions such as Administrative Service Centers, educational institutions of various levels, hospitals, stores, cultural palaces, park areas, and more.

This initiative took first place in the Open Datathon reUkraine competition. Experts from the service conducted a comprehensive study, which included more than five thousand public places across Ukraine. Information was collected from the Unified State Data Center, relevant municipal portals, local communities, centers for administrative services provision, lists of shelters, and Google's search service maps.

Where does the application work?

Currently, data has been fully collected for cities such as Kyiv, Ternopil, Vinnytsia, Rivne, Dnipro, Khmelnytskyi, and Chernivtsi. However, this is just the beginning.

Moreover, the "Lun Misto " service will soon introduce the "Dostupno!" mode into its "City Without Limits" map.

In which messengers are "Dostupno!" chatbots available?

Geolocation settings help users select suitable places for themselves and their loved ones. Bots with such prompts are available on Viber and Telegram. Additionally, there are features for posting reviews of establishments and surveys on this matter.
