The Ministry of Infrastructure of Ukraine has launched a site for job-searching called "Robota ta vidnovlennia" ("Work and Reconstruction"). According to the agency, job offers cover the transport, construction, communications, and reconstruction sectors. The Charity Fund "Direct Inclusion" dwells more on the initiative.

Employers involved in restoring Ukrainian infrastructure will publish their vacancies on the platform. Each option involves training or requalification; employees will also have free accommodation provided, which is especially important for IDPs.

Jobseekers can apply filters to sort offers by industry, company, or location. In addition, the site's developers have added tips for effective employment and a "FAQs" block.

There are more than a thousand vacancies on the site, and the list of offers is constantly updating.
