We are used to the fact that you must spend a whole day to receive any state service, considering queues, collecting the necessary documents, and communicating with specialists. During the war, the situation is complicated by threats of shelling of administrative buildings and the fact that citizens leave their place of residence and physically do not have the opportunity to issue important documents.

The most popular Internet sites for obtaining public services in Ukraine are:
- It is possible to fill out the certificate of an internally displaced person and apply for assistance in the "Diia" app. Here are instructions on how to do it.
- An electronic application for the appointment of pension payments can be created on the Pension Fund of Ukraine site.
