Beneficiary's Story

Nizhyn Children's Boarding Home provides round-the-clock care for 107 wards, ages 4 to 35 years. Each of these individuals requires special attention, care, and nurturing. While the dedicated staff and administration work tirelessly to create suitable living and developmental conditions for our wards, they recognize that fulfilling these needs requires more than effort. Therefore, the administration reached out for charitable assistance.

To enhance the wards' living conditions, they urgently require essential food items: confectionery, flour, sugar, oil, canned meat and fish, butter, long-life milk, cocoa, juices, and fruits. Additionally, detergents and disinfectants are essential to maintain proper sanitary and hygienic standards. There is also a critical need for personal hygiene products, particularly adult diapers in sizes S, M, and L, on an ongoing basis.

Furthermore, the administration highlights several projects aimed at improving living conditions and supporting the rehabilitation of the wards:

• Renovation of a group facility for children of II profile.
• Installation of ceiling lifts for the palliative care department.
• Upgrading the drainage system.
• Construction of a mini-football field.
• Creation of a stationary street scene.
• Installation of footpaths or sidewalks to facilitate movement for less mobile wards across the institution's premises.

While our country faces challenging times, we firmly believe that the childhood of these children cannot be put on hold. Together, we can strive to create dignified conditions for children and young adults with special needs.

The "Direct Inclusion" Charity Fund has received a heartfelt request and is now actively engaged in a dedicated fundraising campaign. Our mission is to assist the institution, extending a helping hand just as we always do.
